During the June holidays the drama club members form Keiskammahoek attended a dance workshop at Steve Biko centre in Ginsberg, King Williams Town, Eastern Cape. Sanga our drama coach/facilitator attended this workshop with learners, we did how to do sign language, how to create a dance, how to improvise and how to work with disabled people. The learners learned a lot from this workshop, the workshop was 2 weeks and on the last day our learners performed with Andile Villem from Unmute Dance company which is based in Cape Town. This was such an enriching experience for our learners learnt that no matter what your challenges are you are able to reach for your dreams.
